職位說明
工作職責(zé):
1.undertake faculty recruitment-related tasks according to hiring requests and polices;
2.assist with the organization and promotion of academic activities and other school events such as orientation and graduation ceremonies;
3.provide flexible support to the school office and faculty as needed, addressing various administrative and operational tasks;
4.serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and other university departments to facilitate communication and collaboration;
5.undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the school office.
崗位要求:
1.bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years working experience; familiarity with administrative work in universities is a plus; candidates with less working experience will be considered for more junior ranks;
2.good command of both written and spoken english and chinese, proficiency in office software and relevant ai tools;
3.excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with faculty and colleagues;
4.ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
5.strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
