key duties and responsibilities:

1. collaborate with the resident student association, mentors, wardens & tutors team to handle student affairs, including but not limited to student dormitory management, student activity organization, and individual student counseling;

2. assist in planning, organizing, and supervising college facility and environmental beautification projects to ensure proper maintenance and upgrades of college facilities and environment;

3. serve as frontline staff in matters of student safety and health, providing necessary initial crisis intervention and assisting supervisors in emergency management related to student safety and health issues;

4. provide administrative support to the college office, including document management, meeting arrangements, schedule coordination, visitor reception, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of the office;

5. complete other tasks assigned by supervisors, which may require working outside regular office hours to ensure the smooth implementation of various college activities.

qualifications and requirements:

1. bachelor's degree required, with preference given to candidates with higher degrees and overseas higher education background;

2. minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;

3. fluent in both spoken and written english and mandarin;

4. proficiency in microsoft office software, social media platforms, and design software;

5. demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize a demanding workload, with the capacity to meet deadlines;

6. preferred background in organizing mental health activities.

salary and benefits

salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. appointments will be made under the establishment of cuhk-sz and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the prc. the appointee will be based at the university campus in shenzhen, prc.
