1、Support VSE implementation in selected value streams: 協(xié)助 VSE在選定價(jià)值流的執(zhí)行:1.1 Create value stream maps and value stream designs (focus: method) –繪制價(jià)值流現(xiàn)狀圖和價(jià)值流設(shè)計(jì)(側(cè)重于方法)1.2 Join System CIP workshops and activities to identify improvement potentials (Kaizen) and support value stream team in deriving and defining improvement projects (focus: method) -參加系統(tǒng)持續(xù)改善研討會(huì)以及相關(guān)的改善活動(dòng),定義潛在改善點(diǎn)(持續(xù)改進(jìn)),協(xié)助價(jià)值流找出和定義改善項(xiàng)目(側(cè)重于方法)1.3 Support and define the internal standard for consumption control and (pull) levelling -支持消耗控制和(拉動(dòng))均衡并定義內(nèi)部的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2、General VSE work in SGCN 常規(guī)VSE工作2.1 Coordinate the development and implementation (or rollout) of new and upgraded standards plant wide under occasional supervision of the VSE HoD(includes presentation to large groups)-在VSE部門(mén)經(jīng)理部分參與的情況下發(fā)展、執(zhí)行(或推廣)全廠級(jí)別的新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和升級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(包括介紹給廣大群體)2.2 Organize workshops for VSE topics (moderation up to HoD level involvement) -VSE相關(guān)的Workshop(在HoD或以下級(jí)別參與的研討會(huì)中擔(dān)任主持)2.3 Support the department manager for other CIP activities -協(xié)助部門(mén)經(jīng)理推進(jìn)其它改善類(lèi)的活動(dòng)3、Training and Coaching of the organization: 培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)組織內(nèi)部成員:3.1 Coaching of value stream team member up to the value stream manager for basic VSE principles and elements such as PDCA, A3, PSS, 8D, 5S, standardized work, System- and Point CIP -VSE原則以及元素,如PDCA, A3, PSS, 8D, 5S,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè),系統(tǒng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)和點(diǎn)持續(xù)改進(jìn)3.2 Trainer for selected VSE trainings; e.g. Working According to Standards, VSE Basics -相關(guān)VSE培訓(xùn)的培訓(xùn)師,如:按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作,VSE基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn)4、Conduct assessments and process confirmation:進(jìn)行VSE評(píng)審和流程確認(rèn):4.1 Join VSE maturity assessments as co-assessor and explain assessment methodology to value stream team -擔(dān)任VSE評(píng)審的協(xié)助評(píng)審員,并且負(fù)責(zé)將評(píng)審方法講解給價(jià)值流團(tuán)隊(duì)4.2 Conduct 5S assessments in the direct as well as indirect areas based on standardized work -根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)在生產(chǎn)區(qū)域和辦公區(qū)域進(jìn)行5S評(píng)審4.3 Conduct process confirmation, scheduled as well as random, and communicate deviations with the responsible org. unit -不定期進(jìn)行流程確認(rèn),并且將發(fā)現(xiàn)的偏差與相關(guān)部門(mén)交流4.4 Join Gemba walks, shopfloor walks and regular meetings (morning meeting, levelling meeting, …) to represent VSE aspects -代表VSE參加Gemba walks, shopfloor walks 以及相關(guān)的定期會(huì)議(早會(huì),均衡會(huì)議等)5、 Others 其它5.1Processing project topics and other tasks assigned by supervisor - 處理項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)議題以及主管分配的其他工作任務(wù).
