Key Responsibilities:
BPM of new, remodeling, relocation
Capex alignment with cross function
Communication with cross function
Assist regional RE to get BPM approval
Key Relationships:
Internal: Finance, regional RE, PM, Design team, OP, Legal
External: Global BPM team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong communicate skill
Strong sense of responsibility
Carefulness and patience are must have.
Takes initiative, organized and results oriented
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
College degree or above
Strong PC skills, proficient in Microsoft office
Good written
