The role工作職能:
· Developing and Maintaining Customers in certain areas.
開發(fā)和維護指定區(qū)域的客戶
· Follow-up of key projects and signing contracts.
項目跟蹤及合同簽訂
· Plan of action for the future sustainable growth of the region and implement it ahead of schedule.

· Learn and practice skills on how to sell high value products.
學習高附加值產(chǎn)品的銷售技巧
· Learn and understand the principles, characteristics, and selling points of our technical products and the value we bring to customers.
學習技術型產(chǎn)品的原理、特點、賣點以及給客戶帶來的價值
· Learn and study the characteristic of different market segments, and its correlations with its upstream and downstream industries.
學習研究市場行業(yè)特點和趨勢變化,以及上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)的關聯(lián)
· Training and master the full sales chain, including how to identify potential customers, how to build up contact with key persons, how to dig out the business opportunities, how to prepare valuable solutions and how to negotiate with customer on price, terms and conditions.
培訓并掌握如何識別潛在客戶、與客戶建立聯(lián)系、挖掘業(yè)務機會、提供有價值的解決方案并獲得銷售訂單的銷售鏈條全過程
· Learn skills on how to communicate with customers and colleagues, and how to solve problems with colleagues in constructive ways.
學習人與人打交道的方法、技巧,與同事溝通并有效解決問題的技巧
Base城市:無錫,南京,合肥、蕪湖、廣州,深圳
Requirement任職要求:
· Bachler degree for above, major in Engineering, Automation, Machinery, or Software is preferred.
本科及以上學歷,工科專業(yè),自動化,機械,軟件專業(yè)優(yōu)先
· Have interest in sales.
熱愛銷售工作
· Good English skill in reading and writing.
良好的英語讀寫能力
· Open-minded and like to communicate with people.
性格開朗活潑,并喜歡與人打交道
· Have a strong social ability and can work under pressure.
具有較強的社交能力和抗壓能力
· Have a wide interest, and wide knowledge in different dimensions.
興趣愛好廣泛并對不同領域的知識均有涉獵
