YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute short
term and long term product strategy and activation plans within marketing
budgets. - Responsible for execution,
monitoring and analysis of the tactical plans in order to ensure growth of
brand. - Monitor market trends,
competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance
to evaluate the effective of marketing activities. - Develop and collaborate with
KOL on promotional initiatives. - Develop promotional material
and ensure quality and updated product training of sales team. - Lead open, consistent and
clear communication with cross functions.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor or master degree in
medicine. Master and above is preferred.? - MNC background.
- At least 2 years’ sales
experience in pharma industry . Above 5 years’ experience in marketing. - Good project management and
event coordination skill and experience. - Strong analytical skills,
innovative way of thing. - Strong execution capability,
organizational and planning skills. - Mature with good
communication and inter person skills, ability to work across different
functions. - Good English skills (spoken
