The RoleEstablish business leads pool and manage leads through websites, e-commerce, webinar, exhibitions, project information and other online and offline means Collect information of prospective customers through multiple channels to complete basic information of leadsPro-active outbound sales call to prospects, leads to dig the real customer needs to determine the authenticity and accuracy of the leadsto answer customers' pre-sales questions.Assign qualified leads to sales and follow-up regularly to track the progress and improve the covert ratio In collaboration with sales and marketing team, assist in creating customer profile maps to better understand purchasing trends, key business drivers and other key customer metrics that can be used to develop sales strategies to increase sales effectiveness within the CRM systemOther duties related to the strategic and operational development of the OFA business?What you can expect from us??A friendly, family-like atmosphere.
