一、機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)介about

鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室是中央批準(zhǔn)成立的突破型、引領(lǐng)型、平臺(tái)型一體化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信領(lǐng)域國(guó)家級(jí)科研機(jī)構(gòu),作為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略科技力量的重要組成部分,聚焦國(guó)家重大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)以及粵港澳大灣區(qū)、中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義先行示范區(qū)建設(shè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)與重大需求,按照“四個(gè)面向”的要求,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間和網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能為主要研究方向,開(kāi)展領(lǐng)域內(nèi)戰(zhàn)略性、前瞻性、基礎(chǔ)性重大科學(xué)問(wèn)題和關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)研究。

peng cheng laboratory (pcl) is a breakthrough, leading and platform-integrated laboratory in the field of network communication. the long-term goals and major needs of the construction of the china greater bay area, mainly engaged in strategic, forward-looking, basic major scientific problems and key core technology research in these fields, is an important part of the national strategic science and technology forces. the laboratory is headquartered inshenzhen,guangdongprovince.

peking university (pku) is a top university inchina. peking university shenzhen graduate school(pkusz) is a research-oriented international campus ofpekinguniversityand the only off-site campus ofpekinguniversityinchina. under the principles of“new frontiers, interdisciplinary studies, applied research and international standards" ,pkusz strives to build a new highland for cultivating international, compound and innovative talents.

二、“科學(xué)智能ai for science”學(xué)者招聘計(jì)劃joint recruitment on ai for science

聯(lián)合招聘計(jì)劃目前圍繞科學(xué)智能領(lǐng)域(ai for science)招聘頂尖人才。ai for science旨在將人工智能和基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)深度融合,利用人工智能在高維建模上的優(yōu)勢(shì),去解決基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)中的重大問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),將為基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)和重大科學(xué)挑戰(zhàn)提供新的解決思路。

該計(jì)劃聯(lián)合招聘科學(xué)智能領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)軍學(xué)者和青年骨干人才,深耕人工智能的基本原理,并依托鵬城云腦、鵬城靶場(chǎng)、鵬城鴻雁等重大科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,解決一系列ai for science領(lǐng)域的調(diào)整性問(wèn)題,包括但不限于:ai for life science、ai for material science、ai for energy and environment、ai for telecommunication等。

引才基本原則:候選人達(dá)到北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院、鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室對(duì)應(yīng)崗位引進(jìn)條件前提下,尊重人才選擇,通過(guò)兩方單位優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),人才政策疊加模式,聯(lián)合引才育才,打造人才聚集與成長(zhǎng)高地。

the pkusz and the pcl jointly launched the scholars appointment plan on“ai for science (ai4science)”.

the joint recruiting plan focuses on appoint top talents in the field of ai4science, which aims to deeply integrate artificial intelligence and science and use the advantages of ai in high-dimensional modeling to solve major problems and challenges in science, which will provide new solutions to science and major scientific challenges.

the plan jointly recruits leading scholars and young talents in the field of ai4science, deeply cultivates the basic principles of artificial intelligence, and relies on major scientific infrastructures such as pengcheng cloud brain, pengcheng shooting range, and pengcheng hongyan to solve some problems in the field of ai4science, including but not limited to: ai for life science, ai for material science, ai for energy and environment, ai for telecommunication, etc.

basic principles of the scholar’s appointment plan:

on the premise that the candidates meet the requirements for the introduction of the corresponding posts in the shenzhen graduate school of peking university and the peng cheng laboratory, the choices of talents would be respected; and through the complementary advantages among the units and the superimposed model of talent policy, jointly recruit and cultivate talents to build a place for talents gathering and growth.

三、目標(biāo)人才及待遇 expected talents and remuneration package

1.領(lǐng)軍人才:(副)教授/ (副)研究員

·入選者人事關(guān)系可依托北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院或鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室,同時(shí)雙聘至另一方,取得北京大學(xué)博導(dǎo)資格后,可享受兩單位聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士研究生項(xiàng)目名額。

·選擇將人事關(guān)系依托北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院,通過(guò)北京大學(xué)校級(jí)人事聘任會(huì)審核后,可獲聘北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院tenure-track副教授或教授職位,并具有北京大學(xué)博導(dǎo)資格;選擇將人事關(guān)系依托鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室專業(yè)職稱評(píng)審委員會(huì)審核后,可獲聘實(shí)驗(yàn)室副研究員或研究員職位。

·預(yù)期薪酬包含以下三部分:

a.基本年薪稅前正高80萬(wàn)起,副高65萬(wàn)起;

b.經(jīng)單位自主評(píng)審?fù)ㄟ^(guò),新引進(jìn)人才可享受鵬城孔雀特聘崗位待遇,額外疊加每年30-50萬(wàn)/年人才補(bǔ)貼(人事關(guān)系所在單位承擔(dān));

c.根據(jù)雙聘身份實(shí)際貢獻(xiàn),可獲得鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室科研績(jī)效或北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院教學(xué)補(bǔ)貼等,進(jìn)行額外累加。

·在職期間根據(jù)深圳市/單位人才住房分配規(guī)定,提供人才公租住房保障(由人事關(guān)系依托單位承擔(dān))。

·人事關(guān)系所在單位按照本單位人才政策提供對(duì)應(yīng)科研經(jīng)費(fèi)/任務(wù)支持(額度建議400萬(wàn)及以上),參加國(guó)家、省、市各級(jí)人才項(xiàng)目自主評(píng)審,獲評(píng)后科研經(jīng)費(fèi)可額外累加。

崗位要求

1.遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī),具有良好的科學(xué)道德,自覺(jué)踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神。

2.世界一流大學(xué)高校教授、副教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù)者,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外著名研究機(jī)構(gòu)相當(dāng)水平的高層次人才;研究方向主要為人工智能與科學(xué)智能,取得同行專家認(rèn)可的重大科研或技術(shù)成果,為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或領(lǐng)軍人才。

3.海外申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)(來(lái)華)工作,獲聘任通知后須辭去海外工作,全職回國(guó)(來(lái)華)工作不少于3年。

expected talents and remuneration package:

1. leading scholar:(associate) professor/researcher

selected candidates can choose to place their personnel relations at eitherpkushenzhengraduateschoolor pcl, and simultaneously being double appointed to the other part.

those who choose to place their personnel relations at shenzhen graduate school of pku need to pass the review and approval of committee of pku before being appointed to a tenure-track associate professor or professor position at pku, and possess the qualification of doctoral supervisor ofpekinguniversity, and can recruit doctoral and master students ofpekinguniversity; those whose personnel relations are placed in pcl need to pass the review of the laboratory's professional title review committee before being appointed to an associate research fellow or a research fellow position.

the expected salary includes the following three components:

·base annual salary of not less than ¥650k rmb for associate professor, and ¥800k rmb for professor before tax;

·shenzhen new peacock talent program with an additional stacking of 300,000-500,000 tax-free talent allowance per year (borne by the unit where the personnel relationship is located);

·depending on the actual contribution of the dual-appointment status, additional accruals such as the research performance of pcl or the teaching allowance of peking university shenzhen graduate school can be made.

provide public rental housing for talents in shenzhen during the period of employment (borne by the unit where the personnel relationship is located).

the unit where the personnel unit is located shall provide corresponding scientific research funding support in accordance with the talent policy of the unit (the recommended quota is 4 million and above), and the funds obtained from national or provincial and other talent programs can be additionally accumulated.

requirements:

abide by the laws and regulations of the people's republic ofchina, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;

tenured professors or associate professors at world-class universities, or high-level talents of comparable level from famous research institutions at home and abroad; with research interests mainly in ai and ai4science, and have achieved significant scientific research or technical achievements recognized by peer experts, and are regarded as academic leaders or outstanding talents in this field.

the applicants who have not returned to work full-time inchinamust resign from overseas work after being notified of the appointment and return to work full-time inchinafor not less than three years.

2.青年人才:助理研究員/助理教授

·入選者人事關(guān)系依托鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室,同時(shí)根據(jù)需要雙聘至北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院。

·上述追加雙聘需在通過(guò)北京大學(xué)人才評(píng)估委員會(huì)審核后可獲聘北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院tenure-track助理教授,并具有北京大學(xué)博導(dǎo)資格,享受兩單位聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士研究生項(xiàng)目名額。

·薪酬包含以下三部分:

a.基本年薪稅前不低于55萬(wàn)(鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室);

b.經(jīng)單位自主評(píng)審?fù)ㄟ^(guò),可享受鵬城孔雀特聘崗位待遇,額外疊加每年24萬(wàn)/年人才補(bǔ)貼(鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室);

c.根據(jù)實(shí)際貢獻(xiàn)可獲得北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院教學(xué)補(bǔ)貼等,進(jìn)行額外累加。

·在職期間根據(jù)深圳市/單位人才住房分配規(guī)定,提供人才公租住房保障(鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室)。

·參與鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室國(guó)家級(jí)重大攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目(負(fù)責(zé)科研經(jīng)費(fèi)300萬(wàn)以上),參加國(guó)家、省、市各級(jí)人才項(xiàng)目自主評(píng)審,獲評(píng)后科研經(jīng)費(fèi)可額外累加。

·聘期內(nèi),按照雙方單位各自人才評(píng)審流程,人才通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副研究員/北大tenure評(píng)估后,可按照人才意愿,選擇續(xù)簽聘用合同的人事關(guān)系所在單位。

崗位要求

1.遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī),具有良好的科學(xué)道德,自覺(jué)踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神。

2.原則上年齡35周歲以下,獲得國(guó)際知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,研究方向主要為人工智能與科學(xué)智能,世界一流大學(xué)高校助理教授及以上或相當(dāng)職務(wù)者,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外著名研究機(jī)構(gòu)相當(dāng)水平的同層次人才;并已經(jīng)取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)成果,且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/p>

3.海外申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)(來(lái)華)工作,獲聘任通知后須辭去海外工作,全職回國(guó)(來(lái)華)工作不少于3年。

2. young talents: assistant researcher/assistant professor

selected candidates can place their personnel relations at pcl, while being double appointed topekinguniversityshenzhengraduateschoolas needed.

those who are reviewed and approved by committee of peking university can be appointed as tenure-track assistant professor at pku,and possess the qualification of doctoral supervisor of peking university, and can recruit doctoral and master students of peking university .

the expected salary includes the following three components:

·base annual salary of not less than ¥550,000 rmb before tax (pcl);

·shenzhen new peacock talent program with an additional stacking of 240,000 tax-free talent allowance per year;

·additional accrual of teaching allowance from peking university shenzhen graduate school based on actual contribution, etc.

provide public rental housing for talents in shenzhen during the period of employment (borne by the unit where the personnel relationship is located).

participate in the national major research projects of pcl (responsible for scientific research funding of 3 million or more), and the funds obtained from national or provincial and other talent programs can be additionally accumulated.

during the 5th-6th year, according to the respective talent review process of both units, the talent who obtains the lab associate fellow / peking university tenure review can choose the unit where the personnel relationship of the new contract is renewed and continue to receive the talent policy overlay of the other unit.

requirements:

abide by the laws and regulations of the people's republic ofchina, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists.

be under the age of 35, have obtained a doctorate degree from an internationally renowned university, with research interests mainly in ai and ai4science, assistant professors in world-class universities or equivalent level of talents in well-known research institutions at home and abroad; and have achieved scientific research or technical achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the development potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in this field.

the applicants who have not returned to work full-time in china, and must resign from overseas work after being notified of the appointment, and return to work full-time in china for not less than three years.
