一、崗位設(shè)置

二、崗位基本職責(zé)

1.制定學(xué)科發(fā)展和科學(xué)研究規(guī)劃并組織實施，聘期內(nèi)使主導(dǎo)的學(xué)科研究方向在國內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先水平。

2.組織申報省級重點實驗室或平臺，申報國家級/省級基金項目。

3.加強團隊建設(shè)，打造高水平創(chuàng)新學(xué)科團隊，建設(shè)一支政治信念牢、科研水平高、創(chuàng)新能力強的科研隊伍。

4.積極開展與國內(nèi)外頂尖大學(xué)或科研機構(gòu)的合作，建立長期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系，顯著提升學(xué)科國內(nèi)外影響力。

三、招聘條件

1.遵守中華人民共和國憲法和法律法規(guī)，學(xué)風(fēng)正派、治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、為人師表。

2.有較強的組織管理、團隊協(xié)作和統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)能力。

四、聘期及待遇

1.聘期為五年。三年中期考核，五年期滿考核，期滿考核合格可續(xù)聘；

2.年薪人民幣100萬元起（稅前）；科研運營經(jīng)費500-1000萬；

3.提供充足的辦公實驗室用房，支持整合組建科研團隊，碩士招生指標(biāo)予以政策性傾斜；

4.提供住房一套；解決配偶工作及子女入學(xué)；提供附屬醫(yī)院便捷就醫(yī)條件和新鄉(xiāng)市醫(yī)療保障；

5.對工作和生活條件有特殊要求的可具體面議。

以上待遇具體落實根據(jù)聘用情況采取“一人一議”。

iv. employment term and remuneration

1. the term of employment is five years. mid-term assessment will be held in three years; expiration assessment will be held in five years. the contract can be renewed for candidates who pass the assessment upon the expiration of the contract.
