二、支持條件2. posts and supporting policies
(一)"杰出人才"層次海內外人才
在薪酬、安家費、購房補貼、平臺建設與科研啟動經費、實驗用房、配偶及子女安排、學術助手和行政秘書配備、海內外交流諸方面給予特別優(yōu)惠政策,具體待遇面議,上不封頂。
(1)eminent talents:
supporting policies:
special preferential policies will be given in terms of salary, housing subsidies, platform construction and start-up research funds, experimental space, arrangement of spouses and children, research assistants and administrative secretaries, and domestic and overseas exchanges. the specific treatment will be discussed in person.
(二)"領軍人才"(a、b兩類)層次海內外人才
a類:
1、每年享受80~120萬元協(xié)議工資。
2、提供平臺建設經費與科研啟動經費,提供充足的科研及辦公用房,可根據(jù)實際需要配備科研助手和行政秘書。
3、提供50萬元安家費、100萬元購房補貼。
4、安排配偶工作,協(xié)助解決子女就學等問題。
b類:
1、每年享受50~70萬元協(xié)議工資。
2、提供平臺建設經費與科研啟動經費,提供充足的科研及辦公用房。
3、提供30萬元安家費、80萬元購房補貼。
4、未評聘教授專業(yè)技術職務的,經學校職稱工作程序后,行文聘任為教授。
5、安排配偶工作,協(xié)助解決子女就學等問題。
(2)leading academics
2.1. post a:
supporting policies:
a. ahut provides an annual payment between 800,000 rmband 1.2 millionrmb.
b. ahut provides the platform construction funds, start-up capital for research and sufficient research and office space. research assistants and administrative secretaries will also be provided according to actual needs.
c. ahut provides 500,000rmb settling-in allowances and 1 million rmb housing subsidies.
d. ahut offers appropriate jobs to their spouses and help to arrange schools for their children.
2.2 post b:
supporting policies:
a. ahut provides an annual payment between 500,000 rmb and 700,000 rmb.
b. ahut provides the platform construction funds, start-up capital for research and sufficient research and office space.
c. ahutprovides 300,000 rmb settling-in allowances and 800,000 rmb housing subsidies.
d. the title of professor will be appointed after the evaluation procedure of ahut if the professional and technical position has not been evaluated.
e. ahut offers appropriate jobs to their spouses and help to arrange schools for their children.
(三)"學術帶頭人"層次海內外人才
1、每年享受30~40萬元協(xié)議工資。
2、按基本需求提供平臺建設經費與科研啟動經費。
3、提供20萬元安家費、40~60萬元購房補貼。
4、配偶具有全日制本科學歷學位,安排其工作,協(xié)助解決子女就學等問題。
5、未評聘教授專業(yè)技術職務的,經學校職稱工作程序后,行文聘任為教授。
(3)academic leaders
supporting policies:
a. ahut provides an annual payment between 300,000 rmb and 400,000 rmb.
b. ahut provides the platform construction funds and the start-up capital for research according to basic requirements.
c. ahut provides 200,000 rmb settling-in allowances and 400,000~600,000 rmb housing subsidies.
d. ahut offers appropriate jobs to their spouses who got a full-time undergraduate degree and helps to arrange schools for their children.
e. the tile of professor will be appointed after the evaluation procedure of ahut if professorship has not been granted.
(四)"學術骨干"層次海內外人才
a.教授、資格教授
1、按教授四級工資標準核發(fā)工資;
2、按學科屬性,提供設備購置及科研啟動經費10~40萬元;
3、提供10萬元安家費、30~50萬元購房補貼。
4、配偶具有碩士學歷學位,安排其工作。
b.副教授、資格副教授
1、按副教授七級工資標準核發(fā)工資;
2、按學科屬性,提供設備購置及科研啟動經費10~30萬元;
3、提供10萬元安家費、20~40萬元購房補貼。
4、配偶具有碩士學歷學位,安排其工作。
(4)academic backbones
4.1. professor, qualified professor
supporting policies:
a. ahut provides the 4th level of salary standard for professors.
b. ahut provides equipment-purchasing funds, research start-up capital 100,000~400,000 rmb based on the characteristics of disciplines.
c. ahut provides100,000 rmb settling-in allowances and 300,000~500,000 rmb housing subsidies.
d. ahut offers appropriate jobs to their spouses who got a master degree.
4.2.associate professor
supporting policies:
a. ahut provides the 7th level of salary standard for associate professors.
b. ahut provides equipment-purchasing funds, research start-up capital 100,000~300,000 rmb based on the characteristics of disciplines.
c. ahutprovides 100,000 rmb settling-in allowances and 200,000~400,000 rmb housing subsidies.
d. ahut offers appropriate jobs to their spouses who got a master degree.
(五)專項博士(管工、電氣、計算機、機械、會計學學科)
1、提供10萬元安家費。
2、提供40至50萬元購房補貼。
3、按照1000元/月標準提供不超過三年的博士生活補貼。
4、按學科屬性,提供設備購置及科研啟動經費最高20萬元。
5、學校安排配偶工作。
(5)ph. d holders in special disciplines(management, electrical, computer, mechanical, accounting)
supporting policies:
a. ahut provides 100,000 rmb settling-in allowances and 400,000~500,000 rmb housing subsidies.
b. ahut provides doctoral living allowance of no more than three years according to the standard of 1000 yuan/month.
c. ahut provides equipment-purchasing funds, research start-up capital up to 200,000 rmb based on the characteristics of disciplines.
d.ahut offers appropriate jobs to their spouses.
(六)博士
1、提供10萬元安家費。
2、提供最高25萬元購房補貼。
3、按照800元/月標準提供不超過三年的博士生活補貼。
4、按學科屬性,提供設備購置及科研啟動經費最高20萬元。
5、配偶具有碩士學歷學位,學校安排其工作。
(6)ph. d holders
supporting policies:
a. ahut provides 100,000 rmb settling-in allowances and 250,000 rmb housing subsidies.
b. ahut provides 800 rmb living allowance for the maximum of three years.
c. ahut provides equipment-purchasing funds, research start-up capital up to 200,000 rmb based on the characteristics of disciplines.
d.ahut offers appropriate jobs to their spouses who got a master degree.
以上各類人才可享受內部成本價購買"工大花園"全產權住房資格;按現(xiàn)行政策,可申報地方政府給予的相應層次安家補貼或生活補貼(不低于10萬元)。
all aforementioned talents can enjoy the full property right housing qualification of "gongda garden" at the internal cost price. talents can also declare the corresponding settling-in allowance or living allowance(not less than 0.1 million yuan)that the local government can provide based on the current policy.
三、招聘程序3. recruitment procedure
(一)網(wǎng)上投遞應聘材料。接收應聘材料郵箱為附件中各單位公布的專用電子郵箱。應聘材料包括:
1、個人簡歷。含個人基本信息、教育及工作經歷、近五年承擔科研項目及發(fā)表論文情況(標注影響因子及中科院jcr分區(qū))、獲獎成果等。
2、附件材料。包括學歷學位證書、任職證明、科研項目證明、論文首頁、獲獎證明、專利證明等。
(二)各用人單位根據(jù)崗位需求及應聘者情況,進行篩選。
(三)各用人單位按程序進行面試、試講、綜合考察等相關環(huán)節(jié)。
(四)人事處匯總各用人單位上報的擬接收人員后,按照學校相關規(guī)定和程序,確定人選。
(1)applicants must submit their materials to the email addresses released by various departments(see the attachment). the application should contain the following items:
a. cv, including personal information, education and work experiences, publications, research projects(the impact factors and jcr partitions indicated), patents and awards, etc. within the recent five years.
b.attachments, including id-card/passport, education and degreecertificates, employment certificate, proof materials of research projects, front pages of publications, award certificates as well as patent certificates, etc.
(2)the employing departments screen the applicants according to the positions available and their qualifications.
(3)the employing departments follow the procedures of preliminary interview, trial lecture, and comprehensive evaluation.
(4)on the basis of the candidates proposed by all employing departments, the department of human resources management will determine the final employment list according to the relevant regulations and procedures of the university.
四、應聘須知4. application notes
1、應聘人員須具有良好的思想政治素質,具有較強的責任感、敬業(yè)精神和奉獻意識。
2、入事業(yè)編制者,需具有中華人民共和國國籍;專任教師崗位應聘人員年齡須在40周歲以下。具有高級專業(yè)技術職務的人員,年齡要求可放寬。
(1)the applicant must uphold high quality of morality, and is committed to the development of higher education with a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and dedication.
(2)applicants for government career system must possess the nationality of the people's republic of china. applicants for full-time teaching positions must be under the age of 40. age requirement may be less strict with senior professors or specialists.
