因?qū)W院發(fā)展和工作需要,北京大學(xué)國際法學(xué)院行政辦公室招聘行政助理,參與院內(nèi)財(cái)務(wù)、外事和招生等不同部門的工作。國際法學(xué)院將為獲聘者提供一個(gè)氣氛融洽的、雙語的、合作性的工作環(huán)境,讓獲聘者的個(gè)人能力和潛力在跨文化的職業(yè)發(fā)展平臺(tái)中得到全面挖掘和提升。
一、崗位要求
1.學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷(碩士或具備國外教育背景可優(yōu)先考慮)
2.專業(yè)要求:專業(yè)不限,國際關(guān)系、法律、英語、財(cái)務(wù)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
3.具備較好的中英文聽說讀寫和翻譯能力;
4.能適應(yīng)中英雙語、跨文化工作環(huán)境;
5.掌握常用office辦公軟件;
6.工作責(zé)任心與服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng),有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
7.具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力。
二、工作職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院外事相關(guān)工作,包括簽證、訪客接待、大型會(huì)議的籌備和安排等;
2.協(xié)助學(xué)院招生工作,包括夏令營、招生宣講、開放日等;
3.協(xié)助學(xué)院財(cái)務(wù)工作,包括日常報(bào)銷、個(gè)人所得稅、境外匯款等;
4.參與學(xué)院的大型活動(dòng)及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
三、工作地點(diǎn):深圳大學(xué)城,環(huán)境優(yōu)美,空氣質(zhì)量佳。

expected qualifications:
i.bachelor’s degree or above, master degree or oversea studying experience preferred;
ii.preferably in international relations, law, english, finance or other related major;
iii.excellent bilingual (chinese and english)listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation skills;
iv.ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-cultural and bilingual working environment;
v.proficient in microsoft office;
vi.strong sense of responsibility, service and cooperation;
vii.high learning potential.
duties include:
i.support external affairs, including visa, reception of international and domestic visitors, conferences support, etc.
ii.help with admissions efforts, including summer honors program, road shows, open house, etc.
iii.assist with finance office on daily reimbursement, individual income tax (iit) and international transfers, etc.
iv.participate in the stl activities/events and other assignments as stipulated by the supervisors.
